Membership levels: Annually
Jazz Lovers, $35*
Jazz Cats, $250 ($200 tax receipt)
Jazz Legends $1,000 ($900 tax receipt)
Jazz 4 Life $5,000. (One time or $1,000/yr. over 5 years; 90% tax receipt)
Monthly payment options are available for Jazz Cats, Legends, & 4 Life members.
